RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES –
Considering the nature of this brand which is to reduce production and contribute to a more sustainable approach we don’t offer free returns and exchanges . So we request you to measure yourself before any purchase. Keep in mind that these products are made from scratch only after we recieve an order. We do not do mass production to avoid wastage of material. So make sure you’re giving us your accurate measurements. We only accept exchanges or returns incase an item arrives broken, defected or we sent a wrong piece by mistake or any such fault on our part. The issue has to be made know to us within 24hrs after receiving the package and has to be shipped back to us within 3 days. Any issue raised after this time frame will not be considered. The exchange/refund will be initiated within 1-2 days after we receive the package. All items should be inspected thoroughly before a return / exchange is processed. We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 3 days of receipt. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order and measurements before finalizing your purchases. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS –
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
-Then contact your credit card company/debit card, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
